In the newly installed clean room of the cGMP D class and on a surface of 600m2, we use 250-1000kN
injection moulding machines (2-component with turntable), as well as fully automated assembly and packaging
robots, to produce highly specialised system solutions for leaders in the medical market.

Interdisciplinary knowledge has a positive impact on the prescription.The core competencies which helped us to the top with regard to technical plastic parts are also fully brought to bear on our Medical Division. The technological infrastructure with the clean-room production is only part of what we are able to offer. The other part is our specialist teams’ immense knowledge. Customers who research such things thoroughly know how to appreciate this properly and therefore entrust their highly complex system-solution tasks to us.
It is not for nothing that we are often consulted when others have struck their colours, i.e. capitulated. Such situations are acutely tailored to our philosophy of “No can do?
